One of the artist's rare music-themed works: an ensemble on a green stage — a violinist at the far right with a bassist before him, other musicians seated on the ground, a singer in a red dress at the centre. The dialogue between the stage green and the gilt frame brings the work close to a baroque portrait — but Fitoloğlu turns the event not into a stately history painting but into a breathing jam session. He draws the hands, bodies and instruments in motion with free lines; the stage ground, on the other hand, stays flat, and the actors move as if carried upon it. A visual translation of a moment where sounds hear one another, but each instrument speaks its own sentence.
