On the left a row of figures advancing step by step — as if walking on a pier or at a fairground; on the right faces scatter into a turquoise ocean with a bird among them. The work carries Fitoloğlu's memories of the Aegean coast: a summer evening, a crowd looking at the sea. Where the left side is figurative and clear, the lines disperse toward the right; faces mix with the water. This is a visual equation of the 'flow of time' principle the artist speaks of in his manifesto — the now and memory, the solid and the fluid, side by side on the same canvas.
