On a broken-red ground, a figure-architecture-figure composition stacked as if the floors of an apartment: at the top a figure wearing a yellow cap, a crowded family in the middle, green-blue fabrics and chairs at the bottom. The floors joined with coloured lines evoke a modernist architectural grid — a clear self-showing of the artist's architect identity. This is a collage: colour, form, memory, architecture, figure — all on the same canvas at the same time. One of the main masterpieces of the artist's recent period; for a private collection or a large art space.
